You don't have to be Spielberg to make a snappy video presentation online these days. There's plenty of free and open source web applications to meet your needs.
I created the video below in response to the question "Are videogames harmless?". All I needed was still open access images and music, which I then tied together in a few minutes using Picassa's (Google) video making facilities.
All you need is a clear structure to deliver your messages quickly. Keep it simple and choose your images clearly to make it memorable.
